BRING YOUR BACKPACKS TO THE BLOCK PARTY - CHECK IN WITH THE NCBW-PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY TABLE.
This is N'Style's 2nd Annual Back to School Block Party. They are creating an opportunity for the disenfranchised community members of Capitol Heights, MD to receive valuable information and screenings that will allow their child to receive a backpack and school supplies to start the year off on a good note. They are expecting between 200 - 500 community members to attend.
Here is a "wish list " of items the Coalition is asked to donate.
On Sunday, August 20, 2023, the Coalition has been asked to participate in the N’Styles 2nd Annual Back to School” event. This event was approved, and we are asking that each Sister donate these school supplies to assist families who are still challenged by the pandemic. The items are:
5 packs of Crayola (24 count) crayons
5 packs of Crayola (12 count) colored pencils
3 packs of Elmer’s Disappearing Purple Glue Sticks
5 Pen+Gear 1-Subject Notebook, Wide Ruled, 70 Sheets
5 Pen + Gear 2 -1 Plastic Pencil Sharpeners
